The receptionist provided helpful assistance with bike storage and gave useful advice.
My room lacked air conditioning. A fan provided minimal relief. Building work occurred directly outside the window. This situation meant opening the window was not an option. Hot water took a considerable time to become available. This caused further inconvenience.
